Diamond Jubilee: Fashion Fit For A Queen

Hello Cupcakes!

Who’d of thought our Liz would be on the throne for 60 years? The powerful lady has been leading our country for the majority of her life so it would be rude not to dress up for the her diamond jubilee right?

If the thought of patriotic dressing has caused immediate flashbacks of Geri Halliwells union jack dress, you’re in luck. The spicy ginger, who first rocked the ensemble circa ’97, has recently released a slightly less revealing version of the iconic dress at Next for £199. If you don’t have the budget of a royal yourself, not to worry; I have prowled the high streets and designer boutiques for outfits fit for a queen! (Sorry, I couldn’t resist).

A Girl can dream right?

Red or Dead, Geri at Schuh, £100

I thank you Liz for giving me a long week end where I got to stuff my face with red, white and blue frosted cakes, ogle your families outfit choices and boogie the night away to Ed Sheeran and JLS at your Jubilee concert.

God Save the Queen.
